Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia Instagram – // smashing all the negative vibes away🙇🏻‍♀️ hello february 🤗 // #penningthoughts New Year, New Beginnings. Just like every person around me, I embraced the year with a renewed sense of belonging & energy. I believed that I had had my share of learnings in endless ways possible the year before and that now, for once, I could attempt to get the ball rolling and let my teachings be inclusive of my everyday process of being. However, the past month has been mentally and physically challenging. My health being a concern on most days. Whilst I fight the way I always do, I also realise that good things surround you in little ways if you pay attention. I found my joy in books & paints. I found help tackling my anxiety with friends & strangers. I found myself in unknown environments and experienced discomfort and eventual comfort in my vulnerability. I found patience and understanding from my colleagues. I took out time to connect with “waheguru” and incorporated it in my everyday routine. I pushed myself to do justice by my body and started working out again. I read up and got inspired by people working towards sustainability. January may not have turned out how I expected it to be, but yet I find myself in gratitude for what I have. May we all find a way to align our energies sooner or later.
