Curry leaves as many as u like
Green chilli 3 to 4
Turmeric 1tsp
Red chilli powder 2tbsp
Coriander powder 4tbsp
Salt to taste

Ghee 2tbsp oil 1tbsp
Curry leaves as many as u like
Green chillies 3 to 4
Tomato 3 chopped
Cumin 1tbsp
Mustard seeds 1tbsp
Salt to taste as u like
Red chilli powder as per taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 2tbs
1 glass rice soaked for 15 min
1 glass dal washed twice
1 cup chopped spinach
2 to 3 glasses of water depending on what level of liquidity u like

Simple steps to follow as below :
1. In a pan put 1tbs butter and 3tbs oil medium flame add whole spices like bay leaf 3 , cardamom 5 cinnamon half inch clove 5 mix well
2.Add 4 medium size onions cook onions slightly and add 3tbs ginger garlic paste and cook well till brown
3.Add green chilies as you wish
4. Add mint 5tbsp coriander 6tbsp
5. 3 medium size tomato and cook well also add salt to taste
6.add red chilli powder 2tsp and coriander powder 4tsp
7.curd 2tsp and cook well
8. Add 4glasses water and 2 glasses rice mix well check for spice and cover and cook for 20 min and you food is ready ❤️
