Andhra Chicken Curry~My Grandmother believed in very simple easy cooking and this was a recipe she loved making for my dad, Reddygaru 😊
🌶Chicken curry cut 1/2 kg
Marinated with salt ,1 tsp red chilli powder ,haldi powder & Grated 1 inch ginger for 30 mins .

5-6 medium onions cut in long slices /10 Peeled garlic cut long
1 stick cinnamon, 6 peppercorns, 1 star anise, 4 cloves, 3 elaichi and 1 small nutmeg piece,1 small Javantri(Mace flower) and 2 big Tej Pattas 1/2 lime juice Chopped coriander
🌶- Heat 3 Tbsp oil and add the chopped onions. fry on medium heat till it browns well .Add the peeled garlic, grated ginger, whole spices. sautee till the aromas begin releasing .
– add the marinated chicken and bhunno/ stir fry on slow heat till chicken is tender.
– add red chilli powder, salt , curry leaves and lime juice .
– add 2 cups of water and bhunao.(This is a medium
Gravy chicken preparation) you can add less water for dry preparation. When the oil splits from the chicken,it is ready.
– Add small finely chopped coriander leaves! Serve hot!

When I married Akshai I can tell you my life changed with Indian Mexican thanks to my mother in law ! @manjrivarde 😍It’s super easy and crazy yummy and this salsa is the the sneak peek into easy peasy no fuss Mexican food!
All you need is –
3 tomatoes
1 big onion
2 tbsp oil
1 big capsicum / green Pepper
3 heaped tbsp ketchup
6 tsp Green chilli marinated in Vinegar ( at least 30 mins )
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar .
💃 start with putting 3 tomatoes in boiling water . After a few minutes the skin will split. Take it out and cool . Peel and chop .

💃 take the Capsicum / green Pepper and pierce it with fork. Put it on the gas 🔥 and char / blacken the skin. Let it cool . Take most of the blackened parts off . And chop . .
💃 take 2 tbsp oil in a pan and cook the onions for a few mins. Take it OFF the GAS . And add the chopped tomatoes and capsicum. Add the chilli vinegar salt and sugar . Then the ketchup and mix well ! .
💃 take a heap spoon and tantalise your taste buds with this yummalicious chunky Salsa !! Whooohooooo 💃 you can serve this with Tortilla chips . Honestly I eat it with anything !!! It’s Lockdown People!
