In today’s society and the way it has been constructed, it is often easy to find ourselves stuck in a state of being that reinforces the whole ‘me against the world’ dynamic…where it seems like the only option available to us is to compete against and to conquer, to divide and to destroy.
Every now and then, I find myself needing to take a step back, draw a deep breath…and take the time to see that we are not isolated individuals who are apart from it all, but rather a conscious collective that is a part of it all.
