Caterina Scorsone Instagram – People Magazine put together a beautiful throwback post for World Down Syndrome Day. 💛💙❤️ Repost from @people

Caterina Scorsone celebrated World Down Syndrome Day with her 5-year-old daughter, Paloma “Pippa” Michaela, and the world. 🙏 In 2020, she opened up to PEOPLE about raising her daughter, who was born with Down syndrome. ❤️ Remarking on what she now knows that she didn’t prior to welcoming Pippa, Scorsone said at the time, “the birth of a baby with Down syndrome is something to be celebrated rather than feared.” 💕 | #Regram @caterinascorsone

Caterina Scorsone Instagram – This is my Papa. He and I walked the Camino de Santiago two years ago. I feel so lucky to have had the chance to spend that time with him. He inspires me in so many ways it’s hard to count ‘em. He’s a dedicated social worker, a poet, a mystic and a wonderful father. Over the last decade he has walked every major route (and some not so major routes) of the Camino as a true pilgrim. He speaks 4 plus languages and often acts as a translator for other pilgrims on the road. I call him the “Old Man of the Camino”. And think pilgrims should get an extra gold stamp on their pilgrim passports if they find him. Wishing he and all the other great Dads out there a Happy Father’s Day.
