Masya Allah Tabarakallah Alhamdulilah just like that I turned a year older. I had the best time yesterday. It felt so good and I’ve not felt like that for awhile, too strapped with work and household matters.
Firstly I have Allah swt to be grateful to. For all the trials and tribulations and for still granting and easing me with things that I clearly don’t deserve. Thank u my mama for bringing me up. Truly only when I became a mother did I then realise what nonsense you had to put through just for me. May Allah swt grant you Jannahtul Firdaus Ma Ameen
I told my dar that I just wanted a dinner date. I thought it won’t happen cause at home I’m always the planner. I was so happy that he took e effort to PLAN. I casually told my family that please don’t make me plan anything for my birthday. Plan where to eat, plan logistic, plan plan plan I tak nak!!! Hahahah not sure if anyone of u ladies, mothers or wives Faham this. 19 years of planning Alhamdulilah. Not complaining don’t get me wrong. So a simple act like planning the dinner semalam is such a big deal for me. Thank you dar. After semalam, I’m ready to plan again for the next 20 years and more Insya Allah 🤣 Although timing u tak on point, restaurant dah pindah and all 🤣🤣 See, it’s easy to make me happy. Assalamualaikum everyone! I am grateful for all the food Allah swt has provided us for iftar. We had an iftar feast at a hotel last week, we received so much food from our neighbours and friends that we have excessive for break fast and sahur.
I know deep down in my heart, there is a sense of guilt each time we couldn’t finish our food. I am very much aware that there are families who break their fast with just water or sometimes nothing at all.
As we enjoy the blessings from Allah swt, we say our Alhamdulilah.
And for every spoon of rice that goes in our mouth, we remember the unfortunate ones with nothing on their table.
So this last 10 days of Ramadhan, let us all feed the poor and needy. Let us share the blessings by feeding a family so that we may sleep in peace and hopefully strive for lailatul Qadr.
