This year I’m thinking less about what I want to do and more about who I want to be. Leaning into presence and pleasure. Letting go of anything I don’t need/want from the past year(s). Hope you allow yourself to do the same and if you haven’t yet there’s still time. We can decide to be new in any moment. You don’t have to wait for a new year (the calendar was made up anyways)

Just found out that according to research, acts of kindness have a bigger impact on our happiness when we perform them all at once rather than sporadically. The holidays can be hard for many so maybe pick a day to pack your day with 5 acts of kindness. Some ideas :
✨ donate clothes
✨ buy an unhoused person food
✨ donate blankets/towels to an animal shelter
✨ compliment a stranger
✨ feed the parking meter
