Make sure you know why you’re doing it. Then think long and hard if you want to.
It’s important to speak up and normalize mental health but fight your fight first.
And sharing publicly is not for everyone – and I say this with no judgment. I know lots of intelligent, brave people who has no interest in sharing publicly. I know OTHER lots of intelligent, brave people who get bothered by hate and comments on social media. So they focus their valuable energy elsewhere.

I did the Millon’s Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI III) and the Rorschach Inkblot Test. It was administered and evaluated by a professional. Then my psychiatrist and I went through it together so that I understood what it said properly.
If you’re asked to do a psychometric evaluation… it’s not such a big deal. Doctors ask you to do bloodtests all the time.
Mine was to gain information on my personality and psychological functioning.
