The purpose of recertification every two years is for the protection of the public. By completing continuing education that advances knowledge, skills, and abilities, ACE Certified Professionals remain up-to-date on the latest health and fitness research. This helps us to be better prepared to provide safe and effective health guidelines to our clients. In order to maintain my health coach certification, I successfully completed all requirements of American Council on Exercise yesterday and achieved health coach recertification with 2.0 CEUs. #FeelingGlad
