A Reminder🤍 “When we you start to feel overwhelmed by the reality of an unknown future, I hope you can remember that today used to be one of those days. Now, here you are, on the other side of that unknown, successfully making it through every moment, one breath at a time. And the fact that you are still breathing and finding light along the way is proof: your unknowns have not defined you. Even here there is more to you.” Los Angeles, California

“Chelsea, want to go shopping with me?” My mom asked me this A lot growing up.. Shopping with my Mom was and still is one the most fun things we do together. I remember when I was a little girl, I’d admire the models pictures in the windows and dream of becoming one of them. I’d practice their poses, how they held their head or hands etc. Mom called me up yesterday and asked “Wanna go shopping?” And Off we went. We headed to a few stores and our last stop was Walmart. While walking through the women’s department, we looked up and saw Me. This wasn’t the first time I’ve seen myself in a store but I will say, each and every time, the biggest butterflies form in my stomach and an overwhelming sense of Joy and Gratitude takes over me. Immediately we started taking photos, danced with joy and just sat there feeling so grateful to be in that moment together. Seeing it with my Mom is a piece of magic I’ll hold forever. I love you Mom♥️
Check out your local Walmarts, I may be in them♥️ P.S. in the last clip, someone was watching me and I tried explaining them, “ oh I’m just so happy, that’s me up there..” they simply turned their cart and walked away 😂

Dear Grandpa Neal,
I don’t know how to put into words what I’m feeling. I keep getting hit with waves.. You left us yesterday and it doesn’t feel real. We miss you. We wish we could turn back time to just get another minute with you.
I want to say Thank You. Thank you for scooping up 4 year old me and taking care of me like I’m one of your own. You showed me unconditional love and acceptance, I’ll cherish it forever.
I’ll never forget hearing your deep loving voice for the first time or when you taught me how to parallel park or our endless living room laughs or when we would sit on the porch, listen to the birds and just be. Oh.. We can’t forget the time you let your wild grandkids mess up your perfectly kept hair with purple butterfly clips🦋
I’m still processing.. we all are..
I love you, I love you so much.
P.s I hope heaven knows you don’t like Spaghetti or Pizza. 🕊🤍🍕🍝 Cincinnati, Ohio
Let’s Get In the Kitchen🍸In this episode we are getting out of our comfort zones and entering the magical land of CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉS! We’ll also be taking a decadent detour into a Baked Brie Extravaganza. The idea of making a Soufflé intimidated me. While testing this recipe I realized, It wasn’t so much the recipe that was challenging, It was me getting in my own way, trying to be perfect on the first try and that lead to taking away the pure joy that comes with cooking for me. With time, breathe and a glass of wine, I shook off that habit, put on my messy apron, let go and had an absolute blast! Moral of the story, don’t get in your own way, have fun and it’s okay to be messy.
Come join me in my small, very hot kitchen. It’s going to be a fun ride! ♥️

Let’s Get In the Kitchen 🍸 Ep.7
It’s the Season One finale!! Today we are hopping right into the Cutest Bunny Cake ever, followed by a Fresh Garden Spring Roll and finishing it off with Natural dyed Eggies! I’m sitting here trying to put into words how I feel in this moment and the only word that comes to mind is joy, pure joy. “When we do things from our soul, you feel a river moving through you, a joy.” – Rumi. It’s moments of pure happiness like this where I’m reminded to continue to embrace letting go. Let’s be silly, be wild, be whatever. Just try… Because life is too short to be anything but happy. Our goal was to shoot Seven Episodes and WE. DID. IT. Don’t worry.. Season Two is right around the corner and it’s going to be bigger & better than ever! To everyone who has watched, reached out, posted, made my recipes and supported me unconditionally, THANK YOU. I see you, I appreciate you and I’ll never forget it. As I always say… LET’S GET IN THE KITCHEN🍸
X,
Chelsea
