Did you know that the practice of expressing #gratitude literally changes the molecular structure of the brain? It keeps gray matter functioning making us healthier and happier. ☺️ Today, after taking my son raspberry picking in 💯 degree heat, I felt so grateful just to sit under a tree in the shade and feel the breeze on my skin. Felt deep gratitude for warm, sun-sweetened raspberries, my scrappy little puppy, farm stand popsicles, and my job that allows me to have a beautiful summer day like today.
