Kate Cast Instagram – They are scared from YOUR POWER so they try to cut your wings and so limit you.

All my life I have been conditioned by others (about how I shall be, which size I shall wear, how I shall act, what I shall say,…).
As a child I did pick up so many programs which might be good for “survival” but not for living my full potential.

When I started my spiritual practice I realize not only that I stick to some of those beliefs and has been carrying them on me all the time but also that they became my own.
(The voice in your head which once was your mum telling you “This is not how we do it,this is not ok, you are too much…” speaks to me even today although I live alone for quite a long time.)

As my practice of meditation & yoga & shadow work is becoming more profound I’m more aware of them so I can break them and let go anything what doesn’t serve me any longer. (With the gratitude 🙏🏻 and love 💕 cause once they might were.)
