Kate Cast Instagram – They are scared from YOUR POWER so they try to cut your wings and so limit you. All my life I have been conditioned by others (about how I shall be, which size I shall wear, how I shall act, what I shall say,…). As a child I did pick up so many programs which might be good for “survival” but not for living my full potential. When I started my spiritual practice I realize not only that I stick to some of those beliefs and has been carrying them on me all the time but also that they became my own. (The voice in your head which once was your mum telling you “This is not how we do it,this is not ok, you are too much…” speaks to me even today although I live alone for quite a long time.) As my practice of meditation & yoga & shadow work is becoming more profound I’m more aware of them so I can break them and let go anything what doesn’t serve me any longer. (With the gratitude 🙏🏻 and love 💕 cause once they might were.)
Kate Cast Instagram – TURN YOUR WUNDS INTO WISDOM. FAILURE IS JUST RE-DIRECTION. It’s not the end of the world, but something what brings valuable lessons. I have been hurt many times I have made mistakes. Some people call them failures but I’v learned that failure is Universe’s way of saying ‘EXCUSE ME, YOU’RE MOVING THE WRONG DIRECTION. Every time when I felt like I have f***ed it up, moments when I feel like the things are not working in my life, they don’t go the way I have imagined and I felt like a total idiot…. Then I realized that after every storm there is the home coming, the releasing, the letting go… IT’S NOT ABOUT FALLING DOWN, BUT ABOUT ACCEPTING , LEARNING AND THEN BOUNCING BACK! It’s just an experience and it’s taking you ready for your next moment in life. ARE YOU READY FOR THE NEXT LEVEL OF YOUR LIFE…? ❤️
