What I’ve realized on the billionaire’s private island
Tap-tap like ❤️
Every time I go through any training, I try not only to get information, but also immediately apply it in my life. Now I’ll share with you what I have learned from the lectures on Richard Branson’s island and what I will apply in my life.
1. I’ll switch to organic food
I was terribly scared of GMO foods, so I decided to make at least 50% of my meals organic. I will ask the chef to buy organic food and go to farmers’ markets myself.
2. I’ll continue to refuse single use plastic
I have a very tough relationship with the environment. I act just like “I do what I can and what is comfortable for me.” But now on Fridays I will have a day without plastic. I will challenge myself and will share how it goes with you in stories.
3. I’ll carry a notebook with me to write down ideas
Richard always carries a notepad or notebook, and I usually write my thoughts on the phone. But in the flow of notes, all ideas get lost because I never reread them. So, I’ll try to start a paper version of the diary.
4. I’ll take time for myself in the morning
When Richard wakes up, the first thing he does is eat a delicious and healthy breakfast, go in for sports, and only then he gets to work. I have it the other way around. At first I work, and after it I do my personal stuff in the evening. So I’ll try Richard’s system.
Leave in the comments which point you’ll apply in your life. For me, the most relevant points now are the first and fourth one 👌 Necker Island

By the way, did you notice a tattoo on my last pic? There’s a funny behind story behind it
⠀
In 2019 I was going through a break up, I was walking close to the Flatiron extremely sad and I randomly met a guy and offered him to get a matching tattoo. So we got it and now every time I look at it I know that a person with exactly the same tattoo in the same spot exists in this giant city and it gives me a weird sense of comfort ❤️ Manhattan, New York

To get into the film industry and become a producer just within 1 year? Easy!
Tap-tap like ❤️
To get into the film industry and become a producer, you have three simple options.
1. Get an education at the university
Enter the New York Film Academy, The Los Angeles Film School or any other film academy and create your own projects in the process of your studies.
2. Create your own team not having this education
Find like-minded people “on the street”, start making movies for fun and see what you’ve managed to achieve.
3. Invest into movies
This is my option. First of all, I started investing in film projects. People noticed me, they’ve found out that I can promote films efficiently, and they began to invite me to other projects. Email was just overloaded with offers: “Polina, please, be a producer of our film, promote our film.”
Making movies is exactly what I like to do. So I can influence the industry and break old patterns. For example, I don’t like when people from the post USSR countries are shown as bad guys or criminals, alcoholics or uneducated. That’s why there is nothing like this in my projects. And there won’t be.
And what movie stereotypes piss you off?

Plans for my business Europe trip
Tap-tap like ❤️
I’ve come to Europe to visit Paris, Monaco, Cannes, Santorini and Positano. I am going to meet with SMM clients, attend red carpets, brand events, and pose for magazine cover shoots. Here are my goals for this trip.
1. Create really a lot of content
I want to be super active on TikTok, post 5 videos a day and get +200 thousand subscribers in a month. At the same time, I’ll post daily on Instagram and publish stories to let my new international audience get to know me better.
2. Present myself professionally in Cannes
My task is to perfect all the business relationships with brands. I’ll wear dresses for the red carpet and I need to get into the media as much as possible. Last year there were 150 comments about me in the media, this year I want to get 500.
3. Enjoy, chill and date
I want to meet as many new people as possible. Compared to the USA, people here are more communicative, cheerful and relaxed. I just miss some more activities. So, dates and new acquaintances are exactly what I need.
4. Get new contacts in the film industry
This year I’m going to Cannes not just as a wannabe actress, but as a producer with two big films. My task is to get contacts that will help new projects develop.
By the way, what would you like to ask me about the Cannes Film Festival? 😉 Paris, France
Why my gen-z company is much more successful than many «serious» businesses
Tap-tap like ❤️
I have a very unconventional business and very unusual relationships with employees. Including our traditions, work format and other cool features. Actually, that’s why my business is developing much more successfully than many “adult” companies.
1. Constant learning
My employees are always improving their skills and that motivates them more and more. I pay for their training, of course. For example, we had a challenge – who will manage to learn English better in a certain period. And the winner got an iPhone.
2. Health care
We work together with a therapist, take courses on healthy posture, for example, and develop healthy habits. I truly believe that it is important to interest and motivate employees not only by salary, but also by comfortable working conditions.
3. Friendly relations
We can easily joke about guys, swear🤣 Even though I’m the boss, they talk to me just like that too, and it’s really great. We always wish all the best on each other’s birthdays, important events and are ready to support at any moment.
4. Benefit to society
We’ve created such a tradition – we choose a charity project and promote it for free on social media in order to draw attention to the problem. But I still pay my employees for this work.
What do you think about why other companies don’t develop such features as we have? Palm Springs, California
