Body shaming is one thing that every human being no matter how fit they are, they will face it at some point of their life.
i have myself faced it for years,
and still facing it!
The way everything has changed from the Lifestyle to the food we have, we consume things which are not actually having the sufficient nutrition because of many factors, but mainly because of the low soil fertility, This has led to many problems specially in women, causing imbalance in the hormones which inturn causes Problems like pcod pcos etc, and as i had told earlier as well, i too had this majorly effect my body and skin, the thought of surgery did cross my mind because i felt thats the only way, but ‘NO’ Thats not the only way to get things fixed, before trying anything as such please understand the cause of the problem and try to change lifestyle by eating healthy, taking necessary nutrient and working out, i did fight the pcod battle, and i heard many say its not curable but i did get it cured under the right coach and guidance in 3 months of sweat and right diet!
All i want to say is no one is perfect, we just have to accept ourselves first before we wanna convince another person,love yourself and don’t change what you are naturally born to, at the same time stay healthy and don’t choose short cuts to look healthy ❤️
