Each of us are different . Each of our stories and experiences are different. And that’s what makes us unique.
Having said that, post partum my body never managed to get back to what it was…. Working out and trying to get back to some semblance of a fitness routine is an everyday battle . I have a lot of body issues right now and I am sure there are so many of you out there who feel me . If you are one of them who is going through what I am, then here is sending you a virtual hug and telling you that as we try and calm the ghosts in our head, let us not forget to love ourselves and celebrate who we are – in whatever shape or size we maybe.
Easier said than done … but it is important to have that hope and do something about our issues. After all most us are,
