That being said I cannot share my favorite place in the world with you without encouraging responsible tourism. Yes we are a tourist town and a destination for exploration but if we don’t respect it, we won’t get to enjoy it forever. From things like respecting wildlife the way locals do, a pack in pack out promise, staying on the marked trails for growing plant life, fire safety and overall kindness for all the beautiful nature we get to enjoy here in Tahoe.
