It was quite a ride from @danishanaqiaaron and @anitahk7 working on the book, sending it for printing (during covid) and to me figuring out how to register and getting it out to the stores! I must admit it’s easier being an artist’s manager 😅 So finally it’s in MPH in Malaysia and I hope you all will support this effort of fighting racism with this children’s book. As mothers, we support and motivate our children’s aspirations and especially noble causes like fighting racism and discrimination. It’s not in my hope that this be a profitable cause but it is enough that Danish can continue writing books that are beneficial to the community especially for children. Danish once told me “Mum, dialogue like this needs to start from a young age and ignoring it won’t bring any good to anybody”. I hope that u all will support this bilingual book (English and malay) Biru/Blue story book. Get it at MPH now InsyaAllah..
