Talked with my friend @jeremyxbolm about a wide range of things for his podcast @thefirsteverpodcast. Thanks for having me Jeremy!
@an_intrusion_film is out today on VOD and in select theaters. Director @sober_horror hit me up to do a part in this low budget thriller and what’s cool is that we had become friends through the underground heavy music scene. I was a fan of his old band Sunlight’s Bane and current band @woundedtouchnoise. He dug my bands too. I loved the script and headed out to Detroit. My first time returning since It Follows years ago. I was blown away by the incredible crew that were busting their asses to make this on the tiniest budget I’ve ever seen for a feature. Many of whom also know Nick through underground music. The score was done by @andyheybro from Weekend Nachos and Like Rats. The soundtrack also features a song by my boys in @fullofhell. It’s been so cool to see this come together with so many people from our little music scene and done in a truly fitting DIY way.
