Chelsea Gilligan Instagram - 5.27. Today is my Birthday. Wow… I must say it crept up on me. These past few months have been a rollercoaster. There were moments of deep pure Joy, laughter that engulfed my whole body, new experiences and friendships, waves of grief that were so heavy it was hard to breathe. Through it all, I had the most supportive family and friends. I feel so incredibly grateful. Cheers to this crazy magical ride we call life! Chelsea Gilligan Instagram - Dear Grandpa Neal, I don’t know how to put into words what I’m feeling. I keep getting hit with waves.. You left us yesterday and it doesn’t feel real. We miss you. We wish we could turn back time to just get another minute with you. I want to say Thank You. Thank you for scooping up 4 year old me and taking care of me like I’m one of your own. You showed me unconditional love and acceptance, I’ll cherish it forever. I’ll never forget hearing your deep loving voice for the first time or when you taught me how to parallel park or our endless living room laughs or when we would sit on the porch, listen to the birds and just be. Oh.. We can’t forget the time you let your wild grandkids mess up your perfectly kept hair with purple butterfly clips🦋 I’m still processing.. we all are.. I love you, I love you so much.
