CHOCO CHIP BANANA BREAD 🍌🍞🍫 This is perfect for spring baking and would such a great addition to your Easter menu! It has no refined sugar, no gluten, or dairy!!! INGREDIENTS: Wet: 3 large extra ripe bananas, mashed 1 egg 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup milk of choice (i used almond for df) 1/3 cup coconut oil Dry: 1/4 cup 2 tbsp coconut sugar 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp fine sea salt 1 3/4 cups gluten free flour (or all purpose) 1/2 cup chocolate chips INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 and line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with oil. Mash your bananas in a large bowl then add the rest of the wet ingredients into the bowl and mix. Stir in dry ingredients one by one in the order listed. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until lightly brown on top. Place the pan on a cooling rack for 30 minutes before taking the bread out of the pan to cool for another 30 minutes.
