Saiyami Kher Instagram – My 4th year with @adidasindia and the forever inspiring @afrozshah_ for Run for the oceans! There is a marked difference because we have started cleaning much deeper inside. Still just the tip of the iceberg but always nice to notice results. Let’s be aware of the harm we are causing our planet, and try and change it. We found lots of plastic milk bags and chips and pan masala packets. Let’s be aware that when we cut milk bags from the corners and that reaches our ocean, the sand gets deposited in these bags and the skin down. Let’s try and reduce our plastic usage because as Afroz said this morning we need the oceans and the oceans need us.
