Half spoon turmeric 7. Blend 2 spoons of cumin seeds, 2 spoons coriander seeds, half spoon methi and approximately 10 garlic cloves to make a fine masala paste 8. Big lemon size of tamarind purée 9. Coriander leaves to garnish 🔶Process: 🔹Fry chillies for a few seconds in oil 🔹Add the finely chopped onions and fry until they turn slight brown 🔹Add tomato purée and let it cook for a while until the raw smell goes away. 🔹After that add chilli powder, turmeric,salt and tamarind purée. 🔹Add the already prepared masala paste and water as needed based on the desired gravy thickness and Stir everything for a while until the boiling starts. 🔹Add fish and let it cook for 15-20 min. 🔹Garish with coriander leaves as the final step.
