Especially impressive as she’s a new mum and having to be apart from little Ava for the best part of 3 weeks. So we’re ready to roll tomorrow. Broken the seal 🎥 today but from 6am tomorrow we’re out in the Taiwanese jungle for about 6 days. I never find it easy to relax before one of these competitions – despite this being the 17th First Man Out episode. I guess the day I relax is the day it gets dull so the nerves are just a part of the whole gig. @steven_hanton_bushcraft described the tropical thunderstorms here as “rain without any gaps between the drops”. Ie a sheet of water falling from the sky each afternoon. Fun and games. See you on the other side 👋🏻😬
