I was planning on posting a video or picture of myself, caring the Cup, sharing this amazing experience, feeling so honoured. But travelling back home, I keep thinking about these 3 talented football players, young men standing up for their country, giving the best of themselves, whom are now not only beating themselves up for it, but on top of that having to deal with racist abuse, makes me feel angry. Probably 99% of black people watching the game knew right after, this was going to result in racist backslash. This shows that racism is still very present in not only the football world, but in the whole of our society. That’s why the football community should be a leading example and have a 0 tolerance for racism. To educate our generations and create a positive impact on our society. Because this is just one example of what is happening every single day, most of it never making it to social media. 🎨 @reubendangoor
