Many years I have wondered what he meant by this statement. But recently it has resonated with me more than ever. Its been a challenging year. Perhaps for some people more than others! But also in a lot of ways It has been a gift of time, to be able to slow down ,reflect , re-evaluate and refocus on what’s important. Life has a tendency to keep you running on that treadmill with the only goal of not falling behind, even the direction you are running is not making you happy. Holidays you want to forget about everything. But time out from the norm is completely different and a chance to grow and evaluate .
