I am terrible for putting things off – especially if I know they’re going to be difficult! Creating a fitness regime is something i have been meaning to do for a DECADE – but the time has never been rightย ๐

Anyone who has met me knows that I love junk food. I don’t like water (it smells odd), vegetables taste funny๐ฅฆ, and it’s rare I actually eat fruitย ๐; it has takenย 130 days of lockdown, but I’ve realised that I need to change!ย ๐๐ป

I recently downloaded Noom so I can start making small changes to my daily habits, in order to reach my fitness and wellbeing goalsย โบ๏ธ

I’m going to build up to exercising 5 days a week and change my diet in order to hit my Big Picture Goal.ย ๐ช๐ป๐ฝ
