Carson Meyer Instagram – Walking alongside hundreds of women on their journeys to motherhood has been the greatest preparation for my own pregnancy – which has been blissful beyond my expectations. Each and every mother and baby I’ve had the privilege of supporting has given me the greatest gift and has taught me more than they may realize.

I always say, the more births you attend the less you know about birth but the more trust you have in it. Every single birth and pregnancy is unique, like the life that comes from it. Each one serves as a reminder that this process is not a formula or a textbook. By design, it is intended to challenge the hyper analytical human mind that just wants “answers.” It is a spiritual path. One that requires tremendous trust and surrender no matter which way you do it.

Thank you to all my doula mama sisters for showing me the way and showing me what strength is.

Carson Meyer Instagram – B I R T H B L E S S I N G 🌛 my heart is so full from sitting in ceremony with these beautiful humans and getting to absorb their wise words and blessings as we set forth on this rite of passage. My incredible midwife and doula @thevitalwoman @lbreggy went above and beyond in creating the most sacred and meaningful space for connection and transformation for all of us. In a culture that often lacks tradition and ritual, it is moments like these that are such an important reminder of what life is all about. So grateful to feel so held and to be bringing this baby into such a loving community. A day I will always cherish at one of my favorite places @onesunfarms.
