ಜಾನಪದ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಬಾನೆ ಪದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಸ್ಥಾನವಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಲೆಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಪಾತ್ರ ಹಿರಿದು. ಕಂಚಿನ ಕಂಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಡಿಬರ್ತಿರೋ ಇವರ ಪದ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಕಿವಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿ ಹೃದಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಲಿ ಅಂತ ಇದನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ಇಂತಹ ಕತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬರೆಯುತ್ತಾ, ಓದುತ್ತಾ ಹಿರಿಯರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದ ಜೊತೆ ಹೊಸ ಕತೆಗಾರರ ಒಡನಾಟ ಸೇರಿ ಕಥೆಕೂಟ ಒಂದು ಮುಕ್ತಸಾಹಿತ್ಯದ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಾಗಿ ಇಂದಿಗೆ ಆರು ವರ್ಷ ಪೂರೈಸಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ನನಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಒಂದು ಕತೆ ಓದಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಕಥೆಕೂಟದ್ದು. ಇದರ ಕಾರಣಕರ್ತರಾದ ಗೋಪಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ಕುಂಟಿನಿ & @jogi_mane ಸರ್ ಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳು.
Ranjani Raghavan grew up in Bangalore and procured her MBA degree from MVIT. She loves singing and is an accomplished Carnatic music vocalist. She is an actor and a writer. She has authored a book called “Kathe Dabbi” published by ‘Bahuroopi’. Her webseries is called ‘Hakunamatata’ and she has acted in several Kannada movies like Rajahamsa, Takkar, Kshamisi Nimma Katheyalli Hanavilla, Satyam and Night Curfew to name a few. She has co-starred with well-known actors like Malashri, Vijayraghavendta, Rishi and Diganth. She is known for her role as the female lead in the Kannada soap Kannadathi.
She has been awarded the best heroine award at the Anubandha Colours Kannada channel, Youth Icon by Rotary Bangalore, Chittara rising star by Chittara magazine and Best Social Cause Influencer by influencer.in
