Evan Thomas Instagram – Thought I’d continue sharing some projects we did before Bargain Block. This project was our third ever reno in Detroit. It was a doozy too. We bought it for only $4k because it was in such bad shape. The wood slats were a labor of love, but did take a while to do. Maybe the slats will make a return on a Bargain Block house someday…perhaps a scandi mod house? Detroit, Michigan
