so I started with Monday Morning Motivation for the staff, followed by a lovely healthy salad for lunch in the park, gave a thirsty pigeon a drink then rounded my day off by making tomorrows lunch and going back to Fat Club 👊🏼 mentally taken charge of my day.. so when you think it’s bad, it’s not always that bad 😁
