We know confidence looks good on a woman but have you ever considered the idea that confidence can also smell good on a woman?
You might be bogged down by your past in some way, whether it be from traumatic experiences, painful relationships, or situations out of your control. The thing is, all unresolved conflicts are energy leaks, and when you have big goals to accomplish, you need to preserve and use energy wisely. You cannot afford to be burned out or make the excuse that there isn’t enough time when in reality, you just don’t have the energy. Grab a pen and paper and start writing down whatever is making you pissed. Get your frustration out. Say it all. Unadulterated, uninhibited. Cuss, chew people out. Bring the fury. Say how you feel and how you were wronged. Writing down the experience transfers negative energy from your subconscious, through your conscious mind, down your arm, through the pen, and onto the paper. Moving the energy is a release, so you stop being triggered at things that remind you of the issue. AND you BURN IT 🔥 (or you can just tear the sheet of paper) Very Important 👉 With a feeling of let it go! Let go all this anger in the fire! Yessss! After, write down the situation how you would like it to be from now on. IN THE PRESENT TENSE! It’s soooo powerful!!👌 Try it and let me know how you feel after 😀

Mon cœur est triste puisque mon ami Bill nous a quitté. Pour ceux qui ne le connaissent pas, il est l’ancien président de Sony Music et il a été le premier à reconnaître @celinedion en tant que star internationale. Il était un homme extrêmement charmant, drôle, patient et un grand fan des Bruins. Il aimait les frites plus que tout les repas de luxe et il adorait chanter. Lors de ma courte carrière avec mon groupe AzweR il a été là pour nous amener chez Unidisc pour que nous puissions faire nos enregistrements. Par la suite, nous avons toujours gardé contact et j’allais dîner régulièrement avec lui et écouter tout ce qu’il avait à me dire. Il était pour moi une inspiration et motivation.
