I mostly don’t share the training videos cause I am always too conscious..
But this time I thought why the hell am I.. it’s my journey.. and mostly I should be accepting and proud of it.. it’s practice and we only get better..
It’s not about perfection.. it’s about the hard work and dedication.
Very thankful to my trainer @shibu_fighter for teaching so dedicatedly, we hardly had time and whatever I have learnt in 1.5 months in roughly just 30 sessions is all thanks to him and his dedication.

As we celebrate our 75th Independence Day.
I pray that we all find independence from our fears, judgements, thinking patterns developed in years and embrace love, understanding, trust and breaking patterns/ old habits.
Last 3 days were most beautiful for me. To see my family go thru a spiritual process together. We all were accepting, changing, flowing and glowing. 😀😀
