Anya Singh Instagram – Who might I be today🙃

Anya Singh Instagram – Decided to push myself outside of my comfort zone & went on a fitness retreat with 29 other people I had never met!
Learnt some Muay Tai moves, maxed out on a 5-minute plank, met some LOVELY people who laughed together; motivated and pushed each other during workouts; and actually ended up looking out for each other. Made it to an ICE BATH, meditated by the beach, spent 15 minutes just loving this cow that randomly walked up to me, played multiple games, ate some good food, had some wonderful conversations and learnt new things from this tribe! (I had forgotten how any form of sport/fitness creates such an inclusive environment)

My fitness journey started in Feb 2022 when I became a part of the Tribe & ever since they’ve encouraged me to do things I never knew I could even come close to doing. I’ve experienced so many firsts because of them! Thank you @thetribeindia for always pushing me & for the energy you all bring that trickles down to everyone around!

What a great first retreat and can’t wait to do this again!
