I’m starting a thing where I actively remind myself of useful things I’ve learnt. I’ll share with context.
But my point is, make your own.
Because when we’re feeling down and out… we forget lots of things that we already know.
And it’s okay. It happens. But that’s when you need reminders.
That it’s okay. To drink water. Hug a friend. You can try again tomorrow. Take a shower. Get out of your house. Do some push-ups. Whatever your note to yourself is.
You can be a source of your own knowledge.
