1. Life is unpredictable, we don’t even know what will happen in the next 2 minutes, so make every moment count.
2. Impermanence is the beauty of life. So when things get hard, don’t be so hard on yourself, they always get better too. Be resilient & keep moving forward.
3. Own yourself completely. Your existence wants you to be authentically you.
4. Show up, be there for those who matter to you. More so when they’re facing adversity.
5. Never give up. Like never ever.
