Roshni Prakash Instagram – When I was 13, my father took me on a recce for the first time to find a perfect place for his dream project. At the time, he dreamed about building a resort. On our way there, he enthusiastically spoke about his vision for this project, I was very impressed and this became my dream too. When we reached the location, I was very excited. There was a river flowing by and the view was beautiful. It was the perfect location. I began to imagine my father’s ideas and I was happy. A few hours later, we were informed that the plot was already purchased by someone else. It was heartbreaking. I looked at him, feeling sad. He looked at me with utter confidence and said “You have to be in the right place, at the right time with the best team and resources to create something big. If this didn’t work out for us, may be something bigger and better is going to happen”. At that point I didn’t really understand what he said but seeing the smile on his face made me calm. Several years of looking for the right place and the right team, we’re here now. My father’s words now make complete sense to me. The idea of a resort is now a club. This venture is very special for me as my father and I worked for this as a team and never stopped believing in our dream. Taking our first tiny step into this long fed goal.
