Reading @scottbarrykaufman’s book, #Transcend and reminiscing on some Peak Experiences. The sense of awe I feel as I discover a new place with my life partner is one of them. 🤍 It makes me feel connected with others, the world, and myself. It enlightens me to human nature and the outward differences but vast similarities beneath the surface. And it makes my everyday worries feel meaningless for a while. I’m learning to find Peak Experiences each day…on my walks, in my work, time with friends & family, watching a good movie, and making dinner! 💁🏼♀️🤍 I wish that for everyone. 🤓 Thanks for reading my book report.
