It’s taken me a while to fully register what the absolute whirlwind of a week I spent showcasing my “image” I guess in Venezia. Firstly before I go off, tanto grazie a la biennale and to @ysl, @dior and @prada for supplying the costumes for my dress up this week. Venice is truly like a fantasyland. I’ve never left a place feeling so floored with gratitude and woes of human experience. From Bones & All to the film, Dreamin’ Wild, everything has moved me so deeply. Too deep and too sacred to share on the grody internet. So anyway, the bottom line is this: THANK YOU for my award, Tizziana and thank you Venezia Film Festival for premiering Bill Pohlad’s incredible masterpiece Dreamin! Wild. I left that première not wanting to party or celebrate but almost just relish and soak up all the emotionality and sentiment from such a grandiose cinematic reception. Thank you. Just thank you. I’m struck. I also would be so remiss if I didn’t thank my stylist and decoy PR on this adventure @lisajarvis_stylist. None of this would’ve been manageable without you. This has been truly a dream I never knew existed. Thank you.
