We’re excited to say that the squat bandwagon has arrived, and it’s here to stay. If this powerful move isn’t in your exercise repertoire yet, it should be! Not everyone fits a “textbook” bone structure. Variation in the way our hips are formed will impact how we move and how we squat. It is important to squat for your anatomy, mobility and stability; balancing and aligning the posture are important factors to be taken into consideration. And mastery in lifting comes when one finally decides to be patient, and take enough time to lift correctly everytime you touch the barbell.
