Was the chief guest today at the (impressive) investiture ceremony of the prefects, head boy, head girls, house captains etc of my alma mater, #CathedralandJohnConnonSchool . It was held at the same venue (Birla Matushri Hall) as when I was invested a million years ago. Super nostalgic. Life comes a full circle. Was invited to school after the ceremony by the Principal, Vice Principal and a member of the Board of Governors. My niece, @alyaimsorry took this image of my sister @anubose189 (also an ex-Cathedralite) and me. Loved it enough to share it with you. My best wishes to the Class of 22-23. You capture my heart. Silver for the Indian Women’s Rugby 7s team at the #AsianRugby7sTrophy . If you had seen them play 3/4 of one game with only 6 (vs 7) players, and then come from 5-12 down to win 17-12 in the semis, your heart would be captive too.
