Repost from @nowthisnews • Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas will not be teaching at George Washington University’s law school this upcoming fall semester, according to the school’s news publication. Thomas, who previously taught a constitutional law seminar at the university, reportedly said that he was ‘unavailable’ to co-teach the course in the fall. ‘Unfortunately, I am writing with some sad news: Justice Thomas has informed me that he is unavailable to co-teach the seminar this fall. I know that this is disappointing. I am very sorry,’ Gregory Maggs wrote in an email to the students. Some students at GWU organized a petition in June to remove the 74-year-old justice as professor, following his decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
