Amber Anderson Instagram – As someone who has always been very challenged by the whole exercise thing, historically preferring a bed to a burpee, going to @thebodycampofficial has been a breakthrough in more ways than one. I’m not obligated to post about this at all – but the physical element of good mental health has always been my biggest difficulty, having suffered in the past from an extreme fear of a fast heart rate & anything remotely resembling being out of breath. Anxiety and panic really paralysed my body over time, and I’m home from Mallorca with a feeling of looking forward to moving again, that it can be actually fun, which is the most freeing thing in the world. Go here if you need a pick me up, a shift in perspective, a holiday with gorgeous food & even more gorgeous people. You won’t regret it. I’m already counting down to my next visit, and weirdly my next beep test.
