I am using 2.5 pound ankle weights and 2.5 kg dumbbells for a full body work out, but it’s nice and slow and I’m not going deep into any movements.
I did a 30 minute walk before and stretched, very gently again, after I finished !
For fellow mamas to be please do not do this without supervision as every pregnancy is different, and you must do only what makes you comfortable and keeps your precious baby safe . ♥️🙏🏼

Working my pregnancy in the best way I can …. One gentle movement at a time ! 🦋😃♥️
Getting a few easy full body workouts in, 3/4 times a week, walking 8k-10k steps everyday to keep my mind, and body active seems to keep stress ( there’s all kinda sh*t goin on while one is pregnant) at bay for now. 🧐
It’s amazing the changes that the human body undergoes in order to make way for another human, I’m completely in awe, like seriously !!!
I’m going with the flow, enjoying this lull before the storm – every mother I know has told me this ! Haha
As I’ve said before, please do not try any of these workouts without supervision, most importantly listen to your body and do what makes you feel at peace . 🙏🏼♥️

Today I’m in a place where I don’t need the number of things I used to. I’m now interested in pieces which have a lot more to offer, be it quality or comfort or style. I like designs which feel classic, timeless, which I could pass on to my children even.
