It was just 16 years ago when i cried, nebulizing you for bronchitis. It was just 15 years ago, when u started reading. It was just 14 years ago when u started your first school in Chiltern house. I could remember crying looking at u so grown up telling me u will be fine 😭. It was just 13 years ago when u first received ur grad cert on stage. It was just 12 years ago, i saw you gently carrying Dahlia introducing yourself and u went to Tenby for Year 1. It was just 11 years ago, u told me u had a crush on a girl and that u will never leave my home even though you are married 🙄. It was just 10 years ago when u impressed our Safari Guide in Capetown with your obsession with Zimbabwe, hippos and the Nile River. It was just 9 years ago when u told mummy u will never go for boarding sch. It was just 8 years ago when u tried playing football and u hated me for enrolling you. I knew then you will never be sporty 😩🤣. It was just 7 years ago when u got selected as one of the student council. It was just 6 years ago when u first touched the Kaabah and bought your first Sahih Bukhari. It was just 5 years ago when u first became a delegate in MUN. It was just 4 years ago when you first left home for a 2 weeks Summer Camp in Japan. You came back disciplined for awhile 🤣. It was just 3 years ago, in Medina, we got your acceptance for boarding, school. It was just 2 years ago Mummy n Daddy sent you off to Japan for your new adventure in Japan amidst the Covid chaos. Mummy cried buckets in the toilet. We could only rely on Allah swt to keep you safe. Alhamdulilah It was just 1 year ago when you first published your book Biru. Mummy pray that Allah swt will bless ur journey to come with barakah. A journey that will bring you trees and houses in Jannahtul Firdaus Al Ala. Ameen. My advice remains, to be successful guard your solah n adhere to the Quran and sunnah of our Prophet saw. I love you my son.
