CRITICS ARE COMING. If I’d listened to others, I never would have set my world records and world firsts. I wasn’t an avid mountaineer before setting out on the Explorer’s Grand Slam, and I wasn’t a lifelong polar explorer before setting out be the first to cross Antarctica solo, unsupported, and unaided.
It takes a lot of inner strength and conviction to push back against resistance – from yourself or others!
Show them what you’re made of. Spend time on your inner strength.
You could spend an entire 12-Hour Walk on just that…
