[ non • judgment ] what im learning is that the practice of non judgment includes not judging the things brought to you; allowing yourself to openly receive, knowing that your (& our) greatest good is always at the forefront. In the aura, green signifies balance, peace and often indicates ability as a healer. As I learn more about the true being that I am; I identify more & more as a healer. Interestingly enough, green has always been one of my favorite colors. That and blush (of course my two favorite colors deal with healing and the heart/love ). Im learning that the key to being able to help others heal, is to first heal yourself, so you can pour from a fuller cup. And secondly, understand that it isn’t my job to fix people; but to help navigate their mind, body, and spirit into healing itself. To empower others instead of trying to fix them, if you will.
