Had the good fortune and opportunity to meet the first Uber/ Ola lady driver of Ahmedabad, Ishrat Banu ji. The first thing she did was- greeted us , Good Afternoon.
In the candid chat that my mother and I had with her, she said that she had been driving professionally for over 7-8 years now and that she has a lot of support from her three daughters and husband. I think she has just instilled a little more courage in me today.
P.S. All of 45, she happens to also be a Naani.
