The “CORN RIB” is now live @restaurant_gaa .we never thought we would retire the crowd favorite young corn from our menu but I dare say I prefer the upgrade. Purple corn brined like a piece of rib and finished on the grill doused in pomegranate molasses! Eat it like a rib!
While amidst this “not a lock down, lockdown” we now opening our doors for lunch @restaurant_gaa , we are still marveling at this beautiful dining room from @architectkidd and the skillful execution of @wawaradesign . Come see for your self.
Thetcha is my favorite go to condiment when I am home in Mumbai and craving a little spicy kick with my food. Thetcha is a fiery green chilly chutney with coriander, lime and garlic that will make you break a sweat. Try our take @restaurant_gaa with strawberries, fatty tuna belly and mango water.
