My journey towards healing my body hasn’t been an easy ride
Right from Dry Needling / IFT / Manual Traction / Machine Traction / Hot Packs / Manual Massages / Screams / Shouts / Pains / Triggers / Numbness / Nerves Catch / Right Hand & Right Leg feeling numb / Driving with Left Hand / Cooking with Left Hand / Strengthening Exercises / Mobility Exercises / Medicines for Spasms /Managing all the Filth around me with Grace / Eliminating Family & Friends / Entertaining / Travelling for promotions with Shitty airlines services @allianceair.9i / Insta Live to Boost others / Dealing with Educated Asses / Enjoying my Food that I make / Dancing when I feel like / Having min 6 cups of COFFEEE / Sleeping & Waking up at ODD times coz of the meds / Taping so that I can drive back home and do my regular routines and the list goes on
3 months of recovery is what I have been told by Dr. Kapil from @jayaphysioclinics
From sessions going from 1-5 hours a day
On my 27th day of recovery
I do feel much lighter much healed
Lot more to go
SPONDYLITIS- Degeneration of Bone happens to every human hitting 30
And it varies from muscles issues to nerves
From identifying the root cause

And Suresh anna for providing me oka manchi Filter Coffee post sessions
Loving this journey
As I have always been a physically active kid trying every sport every dance form I never knew muscles have to be relieved always thought good sleep food and hot water bath massages always helps
Glad I’m gaining so much more knowledge about my body and making it easier to heal further
No Pity No Sympathy Only Will Power and Strength is what I need
Start to listen to your body head to your nearest physio if you in to other activities apart from walking and jogging and house hold chores
